Hi everybody

Longtime rider, at least for my age, have owned my 04 RC51 for 8 years. First and only road bike I've ever owned, and love it. Been a follower of the site for a quite a while, and appreciate everyone's friendly nature and willingness to help.

Welcome. So what kind of things have you done to your bike in the 8 years?

Just a Sato low mount, power commander, and windscreen. Registered for the forum when I had an insurance buyback question after the city I live in decided to leave pea gravel on a right hand bend. So unfortunately it looks like the Sato's will have to come off, looking at ladybird's as a replacement.

Pea gravel, damn!
LBP's are probably the best canisters still available new for the RC51.
I can tell you the moto's are pretty darn loud. I'd stick with the full length ones if noise might be an issue. They're still pretty loud, in a great way , but you wont have the neighbors complaining (much).
