Greetings from California

New to this forum, member on 600rr.net and 1000rr.net. I'm looking for my first RC51, so I joined to learn as much as possible before I choose an RC51 and drop the money.

Frankly, since you're coming from two types of I-4 bikes, it depends on your buying reasons and what your expectations are.

While some of our members have both four's and twin's, the two bike types are different in many ways, each to their individual strengths and weaknesses.

Definitely ride one before you spend the money if possible.
To me, riding this bike is like having a modded 1960's corvette stingray: very cool, but plenty of other machines out there with better handling and more power.
She's a different beast - but plenty of race winning and championship winning pedigree.

Thank you for the advice. I'll definitely test ride one if I can.
