Ohlins dan kyle rework

I bought a set of forks from speedzilla a while back that were supposed to have a rework done to them. After I got them on my bike found out the forks were weeping so I took them off and decided to rebuild/respring. I got my springs and opened the forks and found different springs/received spacers with my new springs. How can I tell if the forks have been reworked? and are the spacers there because I ordered springs for a different weight? The ones inside were supposed to be for a 200 pound rider I ordered springs for 170 pound rider. I kept them apart for now...
Some pictures below...
My main questions are:
What should I be looking for as far as a rework?
What order are the spacers supposed to be on there?

When I had Kyle rework my forks (as in re-valve and re-spring), they came back with Ohlins springs and valves.
Because the valves were replaced, the OEM oil lock pieces on the forks were removed on the cartridge damper rods.

The Ohlins springs used for my forks were 04745-11.
The Ohlins 04745 springs are 27mm I.D. x 37mm O.D. x 240mm length.
They were used with the OEM fork spacer.

Ohlins measures their spring rates in N/mm.
The more popular springs used for SP2's are:
04745-95 = 9.5 N/mm = .96 Kg/mm
04745-10 = 10 N/mm = 1.02 Kg/mm
04745-11 = 11 N/mm = 1.12 Kg/mm

So you didnt have those black spacers in your forks? So should i be looking at the damping rod or the valves at the top on the fork cap?
