Race setup

Well, I have decided to take 2013 in a more moderate style and only do a little riding and no race on any bike what so ever (of course trackdays).

I have two kids, villa, camper, boat, my beloved RC, my company and of course my girlfrend so time is not so easy to find for my selfishnes.

I am thinking on some things that can be intresting for anybody who do trackdays with the old hag. ME included!!
I'm just a amateur and know nothing about half of the things in this site.

Have some things to ventilate:
Is this the correct way or is there some other aspects (of course there must be)?

Track setup RC51: 00-01 vs 02-06

Forks: 38mm rider sag?

Rear shock : 25mm rider sag?

Öhlins shock: 32,6 mm?

Swingarm ink link 12,5 degrees, is that optimal?

Offset oem 30? Best offset in general is? (If you have custom trippels.)

OEM trail: 96mm? optimun trail is it 98-102mm?

Since I am in the dark here maby some of you have the input on this matter.
If not, I will of course extend my research and when I have it I will post it here so it will be available to every RC trackjunkey.
