Sp1 Fuel Pressure Regulator Location / images

Not sure what happened to my first attempt at posting this question, probably "previewed" it, then closed it. Doh!

Anyway, 2000 with pcII installed.

Bike started, idled, ran fine. Later in the day I attempted to start it and, from what I've read online, now has a faulty fpr, dumping fuel into the cylinders.

So, can someone post a pic of the fpr and point out it's location to me? Pretty sure I know where it is, just want to make sure I'm looking at the right part.

Also, what's a good replacement? I've found the one listed below for $39, is this a sufficient replacement?

thanks guys!

Lift the tank, it's near the rear of the tank. You'll see the fat fuel line going to it, and a small vac hose. Pull the vac hose and turn on the key- see if fuel drips from the nipple.

Ordered the FPR today online. Haven't seen the estimated shipping notification yet. On the lighter side, the POR15 tank kit should be delivered today.

Anyone order one of the ebay fuel pump kits? They come with the wrong filter. I ended up cleaning and reusing my old one.

Well.. FPR is installed and bike starts just fine now.

Por15 kit showed up for the street tank, looking forward to starting on that. Tonight I sprayed the tank exterior with plastidip to protect it while I clean it. That stuff is so cool. lol
