Flashing "FI" Light

I just finished replacing the radiator hoses on my RC51 and had to take the air box, and injectors as well as the bodywork off. I also replaced the original PCIIR with a PCIII USB and when I got everything back together, the "FI" light starts flashing as soon as I turn on the key. The bike starts and seems to run ok, but the light continues to flash. First look at the connectors didn't show any that were left disconnected and they seem to be properly together.
Anyone experienced anything like this?

Switch the key off, then jumper the service connector, then switch the key on.
What code is it flashing?
Long flash = decimal 10, short flash(es)= decimal 1's.
Example: 1L, 2S = code 12
Multiple codes can have brief pause between sequences.
