Bike cuts out under load?

Cruising speed 45-65mph if i roll on the throttle then off and back on real fast the engine just starts to misfire/chug/hesitate

No issues if i just wack it wide open, it pulls hard all the way to redline.

Only happens if i roll off first then wack it wide open(as to initiate a power wheelie)

Any clues

Disconnect your PC and see if the hesitation goes away.
