when removing swingarm

Should I replace all the bearings and dust seals ect or should they be ok?

My mechanic said he would just use them again if they look ok

If they were pressed out carefully and are still in good condition, put them back in, they'll be fine.

I'd change them....that ounce of prevention thing.

I cleaned and inspected my bearings when I removed my swingarm during my engine swap out.
I found no roughness, deformation, or discoloration and they all seemed smooth when rotated.
So I replaced the seals and packed them with synthetic hi-pressure moly-based grease.
I still have the replacement bearings if I need them.

The bearing sizes differ between the SP1 and SP2 due to smaller diameter pivot bolt on the SP2.
I'd would think you're using SP2 size bearings in the swingarm.

Appreciate the advice chief, but this is an old thread now. Plus, Superman2 was the best Superman, everyone knows that!
