Some wiring help

So I'm rebuilding a SP2 and have pretty much figured out most of where all these electrical connections go...but have a few I'm not to sure about. First one is from the rear, two prong connector that goes?? I believe it's with the same grouping with all those relays. The second, I'm assuming a ground wire...but where do I attach that too? Last, it's the front gauge harness, but not sure where that orange connector go, other than that I just need to figure out the turn signals front and back, where I sourced the harness, dude hacked those connectors all up.

Ok.

First picture:

Wires Brown and Green = Diagnose connector. It doesn't go anywhere. Just make sure it is properly insulated so no corrosion will occur on the metal connectors inside.

Second picture:

The single Green ground wire = Grounds the thermostat housing on the metal mount that bolts along with the thermostat's bolts.

Third picture:

Orange connector with Orange and Green wire = Left turning signal connector.
