Motor mount special tool?

Is there a way to get these to spin out without having this special socket. I was thinking of grinding down a socket to make it work

If you do it wit brute force, a hammer and screw driver, you may as well throw the nut away.

Grinding down a socket would be my second choice behind buying the proper tools.

www.rc51parts.com at one time had them.

I'm not looking to keep the nuts, I just want to get the motor out. And they are tightened so much the motor won't drop down. Thx for the reply

These are the two special tools used for the SP1 engine mount and SP1/SP2 swingarm lock nuts.

The larger tool is for the SP1/SP2 swingarm lock nut: 07YMA-MCF0100 (superceded by 07YMA-MCFA100).

The smaller tool is for the SP1 engine mount lock nuts: 07VMA-MBB0100.

This is not a "How-To" article, it's a tech question....moved.
