Substitute parts

I recently installed my clutch lever and noticed the clutch would not engage due missing parts. Below I've attached a photo of what I need, I was just wondering if I could find these parts at a ace hardware store? If so what exactly and what dimensions.
I need numbers 3, 27, 1, 2 and 12

You need a master cylinder rebuild kit from your Honda dealer not Ace hardware.

I'm not sure if you can get the parts separately, the last time I did a rebuild the master kit was under $30 but it was for a Yamaha. I can't see it being that much more expensive.

But I know for sure you can't get those parts at Ace...
