Can someone tell what this is?

My bike is a 2002. This "solenoid"? is missing a vacuum line. I've just got the bike and I'm restoring it. I found this missing a hose. Thanks for any info

That is a fuel pressure regulator.

Was that one of the lines from the fuel tank?

Big line goes to the fuel pump, smaller line goes to each side of the throttle bodies

That solenoid is your Fuel Pressure Regulator. That fat nipple is the fuel return line. It goes to the appropriate nipple on the underside of the tank.
Don't start your bike till you get that hose installed!
I'd hook the hose up to the tank, and blow through it to make sure there's no blockage.
You should be able to blow air through the vent hose, and the overflow hose that also come out of the bottom of the fuel tank.

As stated earlier, that's the fuel pressure regulator, not a solenoid.
The piece missing the hose is the fuel return portion of the regulator that returns fuel back to the tank.
Find that hose and fit it back onto the fitting of the FPR.
Because the FPR will be dumping raw fuel onto your engine instead of back to the tank. Not Good!!
