Need Advise Vibration after hitting bad pothole

I hit a pothole the other day at about 80, it was at a seam in the concrete, the front section had broken away about 4", but the back of the seam was flat. Still sore but did not go down. I had a shop check the bike and they could not find anything but the bike now has a vibration in the bars and pegs. Also at low RPM's it has a vibration and it gets finer and more the higher the rpm's go. Any advise is welcome, thanks guys.

You should check the run out on the rim and loosen your forks after to reset them just in case they are in a bind.
