Unknown major problem, please help!

01 rc51 27k miles. I was on the freeway at about 70mph. All of the sudden the bike lost power and I could barely keep it going 50mph. It sounds a bit weird bit runs. Once I came to a stop I could get it going again, after stalling a couple times. Had a couple miles till I got home and it limped there. Once at about 35mph it stuttered and surged forward as of it was back to normal power, for a brief second.

It Did not throw any codes. I have no idea where to begin... Any ideas? Or has anything similar happened to anyone. I know I prob didn't do the greatest job explaining....

Is there a Power Commander on the bike? If so bypass it.

Kind of sounds like what happened to mine when the r/r went bad and messed with the map on my pc3.
