Need a quick answer on a suspension Q guys

Just got my tuned forks back and Im not a suspension specialist, but I was expecting some new looking parts to them, like the tops/adjusters ect. Tell me if im being picky, below is the list, should they look any different from when i dropped them off or is all this work inside?

linear springs, Racetec “gold seal” valves, modified damper cartridge, modified rebound damper rod, different oil, modified spacers and different air gap.

On a Job like that, should the fork seals be replaced?

Depends... But normally I would opt for them to be done while in there.
