Charging Issue

Hey guys, I'm pulling my hair out here. At the end of last season, I had a catastrophic charging failure. Left me stranded on the side of a highway, no good. Wiped out the battery and all. I decided to replace the entire charging system over the winter months. Procom Stator, New a/m Rectifier and Ballistic LPF Battery. Got her all together just as the weather broke, and no charge coming from the rectifier. I've been chasing wires for days now. I'm at a loss. Tested the stator (contacted Procom and tested it per their specs) and it passed. The battery was charged (keep killing it during my tests). The rectifier passes the "diode" test. but no juice getting the the battery while its running. Anyone run into this issue? Anyone have an idea of what I might be missing? I've tested every fuse I've found on the bike and they are all good.
I'm missing miles and memories here guys.... HELP
