Bike won't idle

Hey guys!
Just bought my buddies RC51 that lives in Vegas and brought it back to Utah. I have rode the bike multiple times in Vegas while visiting him and it ran great with no issues. I bring it back to Utah and won't idle. It constantly dies at stop lights and sometimes while even at very low speeds and barely any throttle. Mods are Jardine 2-1 full exhaust and K&N filters. I have tried different downloads from the Power Commander website and still won't idle. Won't even idle with choke all the way open. I am at a loss and need some help, I need to get in some ride time before winter hits!! Thanks!

The idle adjustment is turned all the way clockwise and its still wont idle. I was told it is most likely my fuel pressure reg, so just got done ordering one.

I mention that as I have been guilty of overlooking that small detail before....

Having hunted this board, and found a lot of these threads -- just did this on my new (to me) SP2. Jumped the idle my 800rpm; had to have the adjuster screwed all the way in before so could back it out a LOT.

Time will tell if it also fixed the dying under low throttle with low gas.
