Tank/frame gap

I have a consistent 3/8" on the left side, but it tapers to a point of contact on the right. I assumed it was a lack of appropriate hardware/ smashed up tank, but now that I am replacing those bits, it's still no good. At all. Anyone else seen a situation like this?

Do you have the two rubbers and bushings that fit through them where the tank mounts to the frame up by the triple tree??

Yep, in fairly good condition as well. Guess I'll put it together and see if it goes in a straight line...
