Clutch master cyl options

Looking to go with a Brembo clutch master. Any suggestions as to picking the 14mm over the 16mm or vice versa? The original is 12.7 I believe. This leads me to assume the 14 would be fine. Thoughts?

I use a Brembo MCS 14mm. A little more lever force required, but the clutch releases a little faster. I prefer it, but some prefer a longer travel lever and so fit a larger bore slave cylinder from TSR.
