Fuel overflow at top off

After repairing the fuel tank leak at the rear mount, and replacing the FPR I now have a new fuel overflow issue.

Fuel will pour out from one the overflow tubes if I fill up. I can barely fill up to the top of the inner tank panel. This is the steel you can see directly under the fuel filler opening.

Is there some thing I could have missed during reassembly?

This did not happen prior. Not sure how much fuel I can put in as I haven't run it down low. The fuel will pour out of s tube. It is not leaking out of the tank. Once it bleeds off the excess it stops. No issues then.

I just picked up an RC51 with this exact problem. Anyone have experience with this? I will continue to search the forums as well.

Sounds like you have a hole in the overflow tube inside the tank. Likely near the top of tank from the inside. Short of replacing, I don't really know a sound way to fix that.
