Electrical gemlins

I have a 2002 SP2 that I am having a hard time tracking down a current issue.

The issue: I was riding in town and suddenly I lost all lights and gauges and I coasted to a stop.

I towed the bike home and found my less than 1 year old Shorai battery was completely dead. I hooked up a battery from another bike and my gauges and lights came on but my PC3 did not light and my fuel pump didn't prime. I then took the PC3 out of the system and connected my ECM back in and still no pump priming.

All fuses are good
I verified continuity through kill switch
Verified power passing through the bank angle sensor relay

In checking the fuel cutoff relay, I am finding no voltage at the brown wire w/black stringer. Looking at the wiring diagram this comes from my ECM. I then tried a ECM off a buddies SP1 and still no voltage at that wire.

In undressing the bike I have found some crispy connections at the rectifier. The 3 yellow wires coming from the stator read 0.5 ohms respectfully and none are reading continuity to ground. I'm starting to think my charging system took my battery out but what else could be preventing the pump to prime?

Thanks in advance for any helpful input I receive

do you have hids? thats how that happened to me. fried my stator, rectifier, and battery when the system went. the connector was charred like that as well, too much draw on the wiring. ive been back to a normal halogen light for now with no issues, gonna upgrade to an led bulb eventually. hopefully you didnt fry your rear harness.

lovin' my little torque monster.

Shoot. I don't have HID's but I do have a wimpy 55W fog light as a headlight.

As for question I have... Could someone help me list the path of power up to priming the fuel pump.

To start:
1. Ignition switch
2. Kill switch
3. Fuel cut off relay
4. Bank angle sensor
5. Bank angle sensor relay
6. ECM/PC3
7. Fuel Pump

Update:
-Replaced the stator and the voltage regulator/rectifier
-Installed new connectors for components
-Checked and remade ground connections
-Cleared F1 codes

Bike runs great, at 6k+ rpms and then apply 1/4+ throttle the F1 light becomes lit. The light goes away once I stop applying power. I checked the codes after the ride and nothing is stored. I'm going to replace spark plugs and go over connections once more.

Does anyone have an input on the matter?
