It's hard to make out what those are in the pics, but the green three-holer near the battery (4th pic)doesn't go to anything. I'd like like to know what it is myself!

The fuse holder and wiring (5th pic) looks to be the remains of something that was hooked to the battery at one time, like a battery tender.

The others I can't quite make out, but are probably from typically disconnected and removed devices like the PAIR valve solenoid, intake flapper solenoid, evap solenoid (California bikes), etc.

The Service Check connector doesn't connect to anything except when checking the FI system, and has a brown and green wire.

If you give us the wire colors (and tracer color), those of us with service manuals could more easily identify the connectors. Or.....you could download the manual and do that yourself!

Hard to see, need bigger pics but I think pic #1 is for rear brake light switch if it has a white wire and green wire with yellow trace. The green connecter in pic #4 appears to be the service check connector if it has one green and one brown wire. The white connector near the battery could be for the red wire from the rectifier to the fuse to the battery but as I said the picture not large enough for me to be sure. The factory shop manual is pricey but very useful and offers a lot of quick reference for the kind of questions I have typically.

Forgot to add as Trace pointed out, service connector doesn't plug into harness. you make a jumper for it to get the dash diagnostic flashes.

Sorry about the small pics. They were auto-sized when uploaded.

White connector near rear brake reservoir has a green w/ white stripe wire and also a white wire with a green stripe.

Green connector has a brown wire and green wire.

Aft white connector has a green wire and a black wire with a brown stripe.

Grey barrel connector has a black wire with a white stripe and also a yellow wire with a black stripe.

O.K. I think I've got this figured out. The green connector is the service check connector & doesn't plug into anything. The connector next to rear brake reservoir is for the rear brake light switch. The grey barrel connector at the front is for the flapper control solenoid. If thats been removed it just needs to be secure, taped up whatever. As somebody pointed out the one with the fuse holder with black wire was for a battery charger hookup or an accessory device. The last one green wire and black wire I couldn't find on my wiring diagram. There is a connector for #2 ignition coil that has a green wire and a blue wire with a yellow tracer so check both coils plugged in? By the way green of course is the ground circuit for pretty much all Honda wire
harness. Happy trails DuckyZ!

10th and Trace, thank you very much! I greatly appreciate you digging into this for me. I'll get the manuals downloaded. No self respecting RC owner can get by without the books. lol

License plate light.

[Note: I tapped into that same circuit to power the solenoid that "powers" my auxiliary fuse panel, since it's powered-up when the key is turned on, AND it's in the vicinity anyway.]
