Sp1 - sp2 compatibility (help please)

Just bought a project bike and it’s an Sp1.
I’ve been doing some quick search but I guess I ask here just to be certain (btw, is it me or there’s no sticky about Sp1-sp2 compatibility?)

-I read that Sp1s ecu can use sp2s harness. Can someone clarify this? Is that mean it’s vice versa?

If I were to use sp1 main harness, can I use sp2s radiator? If so what about the sensor that’s on the sp1s radiator? Can I bypass it? If so, how?

the FSM for the SP1 and SP2 is also available for download, you can compare the wiring diagrams and sensor layouts. That's the surest way to know you're OK.

2006 Black Edition SP2
- Stickerless black...giggity
- Assorted stone chips
- Multicolor bug splats, updated weekly
- Custom boot scratches and crash marks on the tailpiece
- Scuffed bar weights & brake lever from asphalt acrobatics
- Road grime under the fender and tail
- Leo Vince exhaust
- Otherwise OEM, not gonna make BOTY any time soon
