Maps

I have been saying the 03 seems down on power compared to my 00 RC but my 03 has the Yoshimura Slip ons with the Flapper valve removed along with aftermarket BMC air filters. I am currently running the powercommander map 16-045-018 for the Akrapovic 2-2 full exhaust with stock or aftermarket air filter and flapper valve removed. Would I be better off running the map for the Yoshi's 16-045-019 and trying to adjust the top end numbers to match the flapper removed map? ... Thanks!

I think the Akros have larger diameter head pipes which could affect the map. You might try the stock air filters as well. The Yoshi map might be better as I think they are closer to the Satos in performance and both of those use stock head pipes.

https://www.rc51forums.com/forums/65-...51.org....read and shit can the aftermarket filters.

And you would be better off getting a custom map done too.
