yeah, but if it truly does have complete racer internals, airbox, intake, throttle bodies, exhaust, braided brake lines, and front mounts.......its a steal at 6500. Especially with everything else looking so clean.

Here is what we can see.
The exhaust looks to be genuine HRC. Has an SP2 swingarm. Snorkel is not stock, braided lines, front mounts....idk fellas, if someone is close to it, it'd be worth checking out.

Yeah, i saw that Duckie. That is an awesome buy. the 929 Erion was my dream bike when i was in high school. I used to go to the bike dealer and drool over that thing. Still think its got one of the best graphic designs on it.....what are your plans for tuning it?

Well to be honest... I do plan to spend a little on it before I saddle up with it. The bike had sat for a little over a year under a tarp in a carport.

I have it all apart now. Rad is in for a dip/cleaning, and oil / filter is out... new tires/chain sprocket kit coming as well. Giving it a whole ground up inspection / cleaning right now.

Doing the free mods at this time airbox flapper/Htev delete / pair removal and servo removal.

I have Simon scouting out a full exhaust for me over in Japan, Would really like to find a nice Arata / Sato / Akra or Hindle... and already picked up a Sato Ti exhaust hanger.
Slim pickings over here it seems.

I have ordered in a nice black painted undertail ( saved the OEM of course - uncut ) new clear lens LED OEM style tail light and nice passenger seat cowl/ tail cover. New grips, levers and stainless brake lines on the way also.

A set of nice rearsets is on the list as well - Sato would be my first choice as I really like the set I have on the RC.

Then I plan to give all the bodywork / tank a decent cleaning a polish and just generally ride the piss out of it until the RC is ready - whenever the hell that ever happens

So not too much modifying planned, just a good friendly string of upgrades and restoration work going on for now.

The exhaust doesn't have quite the same mid piping, routing & silencer fit as the original HRC one on my bike, the silencer sits askew too. Looks like something custom made, it wasn't made by Akrapovic for HRC. Haven't looked at the rest...
