2003 Honda RC51 Mt. Airy, MD

2nd owner of a 2003 Honda RC51.

Purchased with 5,500 miles from the original owner and currently sitting at 15,081 miles. Never wrecked or dropped and has always been garaged. Bike has a few blemishes on the tank and fairing.

I replaced all fluids (brake, clutch, and coolant), rebuilt the forks (new bushings, seals and oil), adjusted valves, replaced spark plugs, and mounted new Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires (not shown in pictures). Service was done at 15,025 miles. The battery was replaced in 2017 with a high output version for better cranking.

Tail faring was crack at the right side mounting location under the seat where I fell into the bike and it was repaired but paint doesn't match.

Original levers, passenger mounts/pegs, and seat included.

$6,500.00

Upgrades:

Power Commander
Sato Racing Titanium Low Mount
K&N Filter
Pazzo Racing Levers
Galfer Stainless Brake Lines (Front)
Corbin Seat
Frame Sliders
Zero Gravity Smoked Windscreen (not shown in pictures)

Local pickup and cash only.

Well, sucks you have to move on, but GLWS and stay safe!

10THbikE, thanks for pointing that out. I updated the post.

BjjRonin, if you ride in the Mt. Airy/Union Bridge area of Maryland, we've probably crossed paths. Don't want to sell it but I have 7 bikes in the garage and it's hard to get around. My kids and I have gotten into track days and the RC51 is too much for us on the track so were looking to sell a few bikes and pickup an R6. We currently do track days with a VFR800, SV650, and FZ6 but will be selling the FZ6 too this year.

Best Regards.

Carl

Yeah I can relate, not as big of a bench for my home team however. We may have crossed paths at summit too if you've been up there last couple years...and hopefully we will several more times this year if its good to me

Relisting since I've only ridden it about 300 miles since the first posting. In addition, I had to rebuild the forks as they started to leak recently so I decided to do all of the maintenance at once. See new information in first post.

Best Regards.
