82Cycles My wife made the comment that she had always wanted to ride a few years ago. I was excited about the idea and went out about bought her a little brand new ninja 250 to play on. Sad thing is that she never put a mile on it... I rode it around a little bit and had thoughts of keeping it around for my sons but in the end it was just to small to be fun and I sold it... She never complains about all the bikes and cars though so I should not complain either! I hope you can get your wife on two wheels!!

Rc51Topgun My wife is interested in riding her own bike but needs to learn all the basics, she plans on enrolling in a class spring of 2019 they have a bunch of low power mellow bikes at the technical college just for beginners. It’s something she always wanted to do.

82Cycles Looks like a beautiful bike! Should be fun for years to come. Does your wife ride too or she just appreciates your enjoyment?

Rc51Topgun Picked up the machine tonight right after work, what a great experience and yep huge smile the short drive home, cant what to get out of town and hit some roads out in the country. My wife won’t ride on it, it’s got no passenger foot pegs anyhow but she sure likes how it looks, pictures just dont do the RC51 much justice, I’ll post some as soon as i can figure it out. Any other members near Appleton Wi

St. Stephen Hey Matt, since you live in v-twin country, how could you have made a better choice? Enjoy.

pirks Sounds like you have a fantastic wife telling you to buy a bike.
Both my RC51' s i bought without the wife knowing then told her when i had plucked up the courage.
Still married but i wouldn't recommend doing it this way to anyone

Rc51Topgun He was nice enough to let me take it out for a half hour, the bikes amazing!!! The looks, sound, feel, the power, my wife and i agreed, its too immaculate to wait until spring, pull the trigger now.

DannyBoy If you like the bike now just sitting there, wait until it's your bike and you ride it. The smile factor is off the freckin' chart every time I ride mine. Congrats and welcome.
