Quick question...

What would be the pros/cons of running this tire? Im running a120/70 now, but have a line on cheap new set with a 60 front.

The short profile will make the bike cut into the lean quicker.. Yet IMHO, It is not always wise to change suspension geometries , and certainly not with cheap tires :)

Clarification. Not a "cheap tire" but less expensive than retail:D

Suspension adjustment aside.. a 190/50 120/70 to an 180/55 120/60 will turn in quicker/easier? Or just require less effort to initiate a turn?

As you can see i have a tire knowledge handicap:eek:

Changing the front tire to a thinner profile, will affect the trail and the tire surface touching the ground.
The bike will lower it's front steering pivot which means reducing the rake angle which reduces the trail
That means steeper cornering and unstable steering at high speed riding.
On the other hand, getting the wheel's axle closer to the ground increases the trail.
That interprets to stability at high speeds but more "heavy" steering at lower speed cornering.

So you have to figure out those differences to see if the 60 profile suits you better.
