Gents,

I scoured the interwebs looking for an answer, but no dice.

I bought an AFAM/DID 16/42 520 conversion kit for my SP2. The front sprocket is offset, with a large shoulder on one side, small shoulder on the other. I can't find a definitive answer as to the proper orientation of this sprocket, as it lacks a direction arrow. I've heard 'numbers out', and that would put the small shoulder in toward the engine. Based on visual alignment this seems like the proper orientation, but I figured I'd ask here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just install it on the shaft and take a look from behind the bike if it's teeth aligns with the chain's path on the swingarm chain's slider........usually the shoulder faces towards the engine though.

Okay, did that test. On second glance it looks like large shoulder toward engine gives the best alignment with the slider.

Thanks so much for the help!
