Just lookin to see if there was a noticeable difference going by feel, sound and on the dyno.
Is this a trick question?

Suzuki Inline 4's are blueprinted to a degree at the factory as standard practice. Different weight pistons & rods sorted by into graded buckets ready for assembly. Seen it on Dicovery once.

Single pin 90deg. V twins?
Unless one piston & rods out of a cement mixer & t'others out of a Ferrari.

While my engine isn't fully blue-printed, the crankshaft was re-balanced after installation of CP pistons and Carrillo rods were installed.

I wish I could say how it feels, but the bike has been in pieces for three years now.
Once I finish with my current VFR800 project, I'll start back on the RC51.

O.K time to eat humble pie.
After thinking about it. I hadn't thought about the importance of the 90 degree cylinder configuration. If you balance the crank to one piston & rod. You have already overcome the problems that Yamaha were combatting when they came up with the big bang engine. So blueprinting the RC engine now sounds to me like a good idea.

I would say you have gone a fair way to blueprinting your engine with crank, rod & piston balancing.
