Fuel + spark usually equals fire. If it is turning over briskly, look for the the missing part. In your case (since you kinda confirmed fuel) check the spark next.

Check your voltage, anything under 12 is a dud. RC needs FULL POWAH to fire.
Sounds like your missing spark though

This isn't really advice, but I don't know how you can go a whole month without starting this thing up, I love hearing this bike on idle or gradually picking up rpms...if none is working you can always try push starting it?

It isn't the kill switch, otherwise the fuel pump wouldn't prime as he noted. Maybe the FPR went. A quick check of the FPR, or pull a plug and see if it is all wet (flooded out).

Yea right! I've push started my gsxr 600 and ninja 636 and a few others, but nothing as hard as push starting my rc51. Me and a buddy tried for 20min and almost died of heat exhaustion. Haha

Well got her started after a complete charge of the battery. Let it run for about thirty min. Turned it off and tried to restart but it wouldnt fire. Took the battery up to battery plus and they said my batt was good. So I threw back on the charger since trying to start it drained it. So put back on bike tried to crank and had to give it alittle throttle and it barley started. What do yall think?

Gummy Gas.

Sometimes, you can gum up your fuel injectors as a result of 'blended fuel' sitting in the tank for more than a month.
Did you check the fuel pump regulator, as suggested ?
Don't forget to update us, please.
And you can download pics from your 'phone to your computer using the recommended cable. Check your 'phones' User Manual.
Take Care.

After attempting to start the bike, pull the vacuum line off of the FPR and see if there is any gas in the line. The diaphragm can be compromised and allow fuel to pass to the vacuum side and it stops functioning.
