Placing your hand near moving parts under power is definitely a recipe for disaster.
He paid the price by losing pieces of his fingers.
It could have been his entire hand that got sucked into the sprocket and chain.
Remember, Safety First!!

How could anyone think that doing it with the bike running would be a good idea...
I just turn the back wheel by hand.

Thats wild. That same thing happened to a buddy of mine about 6 months ago. He ended up losing two of his fingers at the last knuckle. He had to go through leech therapy at the hospital for like a week. It was nuts !!! Funny thing is he rides a gsxr :eek: Wish I could come up with a product that I could sell to people with no braincells hint the GSXR motorcycle.
