Dzien dobry (if I guess right :) ) Marcin,

Is this a recent problem? Did it run fine before? What -if any- changes or modifications did you make to the engine?
Does it ALWAYS do this or occasionally?

No expert, but it can only be 3 things... air, fuel or electricity :)

What I would do is:
check the airfilters if they are clean or clogged
check the wiring and connectors between altenator, voltage regulator, starting realy and battery. for burning marks or loose connectors.
Measure the AC output (over the 3 wires) with the engine cold and the engine hot. altenatoros that are partly broken will produce less once the lot it hot.
Load trst your battery, chech the DC output from your voltage regulator.
Relatively new to the SP, but owned a VFR for 19 years....

good luck

Lift fuel tank and prop.
At rear of throttle body, locate fuel pressure regulator. It is the unit with both fuel and vacuum hoses.
Locate the smaller vacuum hose to the diaphragm side of the FPR and remove.
Switch the key ON to start the fuel pump and pressurize the fuel line, but don't start engine.
Observe the end of the hose fitting at the diaphragm side of the FPR for any fuel flow out the end, however slight.
If there is any fuel present, the diaphragm in the FPR is leaking, and the FPR should be replaced.

Probably not the issue, but wondering if you've done the flapper mod?
My guess would be air filters or fuel pressure regulator, (fpr).
