I use a cleaner wax also but it doesnt work on the wheels at all. I went to Home Depot the other day and saw some Simple Green Motorsports cleaner and degreaser. WOW! Safe on aluminum and carbon fiber and meets Boeing specs for aircraft cleaning. My .02, get some!!!!!

man, i feel lazy. i just spray it down with hondabrite, rinse and shammy.

although i do treat every bolthead to a q-tip dipped in wd-40 every now and then. keeps rust from setting up in the heads.

toothbrush and kerosene for the chain and rear wheel. then lube. then wash the bike with warm water and car wash soap. rewash the rear wheel again. wax before storage in the fall. i used to wash my bikes with just warm water, no soap.

i try to wash the bugs off my jacket and helmet after each ride. they come off easier right after a ride. i have a spray bottle with just water. spray the jackets and let the water soak into the bugs. ten minutes later spray again and wipe them off. soaking the bugs works on the bike too.
