So im pretty sure i have put a dent in the local insect population:rolleyes:

I typically use a mild soap and warm water to clean my leather's

Just curious what other use? I heard once that equal parts vinegar, water and rubbing alcohol works well:confused:

I just use a damp cloth...as long as you clean them up right after your ride the goo should just wipe right off.

Since I use a textile jacket, when it gets bad enough, I just chuck it into the washer along with the helmet liner.
I also try not to ride during love bug seasons (May and September).
Nasty, smelly little bastards they are.
