Dymag Superbike Magnesium wheels (SB5)

Have set of Dymag Superbike Magnesium wheels (SB5) that fit on a Honda RC51 (SP1). Excellent condition; there is one small blemish on the rear rim.

Dunlop Q3's mounted on rims; lots of life left. Brake rotors, spacers included. $1500 obo Just remove stock rims, mount these and go. Shipping cost varies as based on location. Located at zip 77573

New set cost $3570 from the Dymag USA distributor "Orient Express"

im pretty sure these are not CA5 wheels. These look painted, likely mags or aluminum.

The CA5 will actually look like carbon fiber and painting them would just add weight so its unlikely.

Will verify. Previous owner from Gulf Coast BMW - a technician, claimed they were Dymag wheels. There are serial numbers on the inside of the rims, thus have to remove a tire.

yeah looking at the dymag website these are not CA5's and the spoke design suggests not carbon fibre either.

however, it would be interesting to know what they are and the weights on them too.

Sorry for the confusion. I contacted Orient Express (the USA distributor) and he said these are the Superbike SB5 wheel set.

The Superbike SB5 range have been designed with performance motorcycle racing, OE and aftermarket applications in mind. These magnesium motorcycle wheels with their hollow spokes design ensure as much weight saving as possible without compromising on durability or performance.

You can view them at the orientexpress.com website ($3570 a set)

Name is: Dymag Superbike SB5 Magnesium Wheels/5 Hollow Spokes/Super Lightweight/Pair

Still for sale, nice Dunlop Q3 tires, rotors/spacers, and of course the rims. Off a 2000 RC51 - $1500
