Im not a big Ebayer or anything but some of the parts i find for my beloved RC are reasonably priced. The only problem is, is that thoes parts come from Japan or Hong Kong. Some look like good parts for a damn good price but others look like cheap crap for a cheap price. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I KNOW! The question is should i even bother with parts that come from thoes countries? The last time a bought something on ebay that was supposed to come from across the pond, never got here........(BASTARDS)

Chucktown can tell you about the bodywork and the horror stories. I think other items are more hit or miss. If it is only a cosmetic part ie... bar end or even a wind screen then maybe. If it is structural or safety critical like a brake part I would not stake my life on the quality. I've bought some non motorcycle parts from China that were ok like the carbon water bottle cages for one of my bicycles. Lot cheaper than big name domestic and worked just fine. Always look at the seller ratings.

Japan is a bit different. Simon always has top flight stuff and frequents the forums. I would kill for some of the Ladybird exhausts he has from time to time. He is on Ebay as Simonkobe i think...

In most cases Japanese quality is better then most parts you'll see coming from the US. China is a different story. I have gotten some decent stuff from there for other bikes, but i'd be VERY careful. I don't think i'd trust any important structural items form there.

Look at their ratings before you buy and of course a good search here will get you in the know.

What specifically were you looking for?

Will Lady bird cans slip on my Sato CF high mounts, cuz i want those.
I think it would just be a case of measuring OD of your midpipe against the recieving end of the can. Once you know your Midpipe OD, you could "ask seller a question" to find out if his Ladybirds will fit?...

Simon can provide adapters for just about any size midpipe, and i have seen guys with Ladybird Banzai Sato mounts. So yes they will work.
