Hey all. Proud own of an SP1.

Rode the bike today though some very dense fog this morning, bike bogged down and died.
FI lamp came on.

On and off for about 30 minutes.

I suspect that either the air filter soaked (flapper valve deleted) and/or shorting the MAP sensor.

Any other tips would be helpful!!

And on le photo of the bike!

Sorry to hear.. hard to think fog could have buggered up the MAP but who knows..

Still having issues after giving it some time?

It was wonky on the ride home as well.

One and only time any power issues have ever happened

May i suggest, check all the connectors (air hose, die-electric grease)
I rode thru extremely heavy rain. Also flapper complete removed. Got to the point of hiding under an overpass...
RC51 was good for about five miles, when the rain let up ( still raining ) then same issue as your bike...
I had "US" picked up... Got mine back to the house.
removed the front fairing , and cleaned all connections, die-electric grease and bike has behaved since come rain or shine... I do check the weather before taking her out.
(ALOT less cleaning afterwards)

Thanks for the reply.

The ride home was around 79 80 degrees.
I'll take the fairings off and dielectric grease everything.

It's getting to the point here in my area where it's starting to be time to put the bikes away so service time is coming up.
