I bought this new. I put money down on in November 1999 after I saw it on the cover of Cycle World. I still have the original paperwork. Two keys, owners manual, and tool kit are included. I have been racing for the past four years and now I don’t ride much on the street anymore. The bike has been sitting too much for me to justify keeping it. Motolife plans have changed and I am selling my RCs so I can race more locally.
As you can tell, the bike has been stored in my heated shop at all times. It shows mild patina, not perfect, but pretty close. I drove it stock the first year, then did the majority of the mods. I have all of the stock parts except the wheels and the rear fender is cut. I have never dropped this bike. No broken plastic is original to the bike. All original controls. Always synthetic oil changes. I have always loved this motorcycle. Runs and drives excellent. I can feel a slight pulse in the front rotors. A couple of my riding friends didn’t notice.
