Mulholland Hwy, The Snake. There's so many crashes there it's ridiculous. Watch the riders suspension during the slo-mo at the end of this video. It looks like he hit a bump which upset the bike enough, and the rear tire to break out of the line?

He wasn't going that fast, really - so maybe there was a slow puncture on the rear tire. When they picked it up there wasn't much pressure in it....

Amazing how much damage occured even at slow speed. Good thing he was wearing full leathers too.

The bike would have been fine had he did that at a track :D

He was super lucky he didn't break any bones.

I think the body touched the pavement, lifting the rear wheel just enough for it spin out.
Crocs - what an idiot.

At Miller recently a lot of the big teams were using them as pit bikes...made me feel even better about mine.

Back to JD's original thread...the Snake is dangerous and that same curve seems to get a lot of riders...all makes and models.
