Always wanted to own an RC51, ever since I started riding motorcycles. Finally pulled the trigger and bought my RC at the end of last years riding season. First thing I picked up were new tires (10 year old tires mounted) , new Honda bars (original owner raised them so he could ride longer distances.) and aftermarket Repsol track day fairings. Currently the black fairings are installed, still deciding if I like the Repsol fairings are not.
First day of ownership! :)

Visited the Dyno recently, the RC needs a tune real bad to smooth out the power. Next upgrade for the girl! Hope you guys like the short video:

Those high mount bars are a trip. Looks like they would hit the fairing. Bonus, rim tape is worth 0.5 HP per wheel ;)

They were but I can see why he modified it, the ergo's were night and day when I switched back to the stock setup.
As for rim tape, they do help out during the evening rides as they are highly reflective🔆🔆 but i'll take the 0.5hp ;)and 90 degree valve stems.. never going back to stocks ever again! 🏆
