I believe theres supposed to be a clip behind that screw on the right that holds the bulb in. Maybe whoever replaced the bulbs with LEDs glued them in somehow?
Headlight bulb retaining clip
I’m going through my RC and wanted to replace the LED bulbs back to halogen and found it odd to not have a way to secure the bulb in the housing with a retaining clip.
I looked at the factory parts diagram and it doesn’t show it as a part but that doesn’t mean anything. Looked for pictures of a headlight but haven’t found one without the rubber boot so I have no way of seeing what’s behind it.
My question is: is this how it was designed from the factory or am I missing the clips?

From a disassembled SC45 SP-1 ED 2001 left headlight with locked and unlocked clip.
Retaining clip and screw are parts of the headlight body.
You can find same from other Honda models from scrap yards or make a similar on your own.
Maybe someone on the forum has a spare.
