I got a 2005 RC51 and it been showing some problems.

It has been about a week since I last started it and it was leaking some water out of the exhaust right after the Y-pipe area where it connects to the slip-on when I started it up.

also the other week when I started it I topped off the water in the radiator and when it was running it had a constant stream of water running out of the radiator with the cap off.

I checked the compression cold and was 150PSI and Hot it was Still 150PSI.

The front cylinder intake was clean but the back looked like it might had some sign's of Rust.

The previous owner had an extra overflow bottle on it cause it would constantly fill up the reserve and leak water when it got hot enough but could ride the bike for a couple hours before it filled both overflow tanks.

Any idea's?????

Via the service manual, the compression test should be 176 PSI, so you're low in that regards at 150 PSI.
You may very well have a bad head gasket.
Also, what kind of water was he using? Tap water (I hope not), distilled, or better?
If he was using tap water, the radiators could also be full of mineral deposits which could also affect effective cooling. If so, you might need to flush the system with chemical solution to dissolve the minerals.
I hope no water got down into your oil. Is it creamy looking and frothy?
I love how the previous owner band-aided the problem instead of fixing it.

Sometime when head gaskets blow, it's only water in the cylinder.
Other times it's water into the oil.
Neither is good. But water into oil can destroy crankshaft and rod bearings real quick.
I suggest you check the oil quality immediately and not later for peace of mind.
Head gaskets are cheap compared to a complete engine rebuild.

I've had a head gasket leak water into the cylinder. That was only a head gasket replacement.
I've also had friends who had the water into the oil route. That destroyed the engine.
