How is the bolt that fastens the mirror stalk to the mount, and the condition of the washers? Mine was loose when I picked my bike.

Also are the mirror mount bolts to the frame brace loose also?

I thought he was referring to vibration beyond the norm.
Compared to a Harley or Buell, the RC51 is silky smooth.
I find the mirrors on the RC51 to be pretty good and I have no complaints about usability due to vibration.

it is beyond the norm. my superhawk's mirrors don't vibe nearly as bad.

i have a little weateher station velcroed to my mirrors on both bikes. the hawk is no problem. the rc51's mirrors vibrate so much that i'm nervous they'll fly off.

wound the bike up to an indicated 285km/h. the wind actually bent the mirror back. the tension is too loose or something

at those speeds, i was just trying to illustrate that the mirrors seem to be loose or something.
i guess i need new mirrors. i dunno.
