2001 RC51 is now fully operational after finding kickstand connector and fixing sheered off engine mounts for the slave clutch and sprocket cover.

Now I have a long hose that starts from under the tank near the seat that I have no idea where its suppose to go. I thought it was a drain hose that slips in where the other drains go, but it about 10 inches longer than the others that go in that side bracket.

This bike has had the emmissions pkate put on, if i said that right. I didn't do it. Bike runs anazing and smooth, so i dont know what thus hose does. Like I said, its too long to be a drain hose or anything like that.

Thanks.

If it's connected to the fuel tank then it just goes down the left side of the bike by the sprocket cover.

It's not the hose connected to the gas tank. It is just below the gas tank and under the seat frame. I can feel where its connected by putting my hand in front of the rear shock and up. its a 2 ft long hose. Thanks.

The only hoses on the bike are

Gas tank overflow (black large diameter)
Gas tank breather (black small diameter)
Crank case breather catch can drain (clear with plug on the end)
Airbox drain (clear with plug on end)
Coolant overflow (black small diameter)

If it's not one of those then i don't know.

i have 5 of those hoses on the ledt side. I guess the 5th hose black hose is one of those you just described. It just seems too long. The bike is not affected at all, so maybe it is a drain hose. Thanks.
