New bike... what to buy?

Hello, everyone! I'm brand new to the site, but not to riding. I've been riding for 3 years now, and have racked up close to 30,000 miles on my bike.
I have a 1993 CBR600F2 that is my first bike. Now, I'm ready to move up to the "big boy" class, but I can't decide what bike I want. It's pretty much narrowed down to 3 choices: RC51, Triumph Speed Triple, or CBR1000rr.
I have never ridden any of these bikes, or even sat on one.
Would a v-twin be hard to take care of? I have tools and such and I do most of my own work on the CBR. Does the RC51 demand any kind of special care?
If anyone lives near the Chattanooga, TN area, I would love to see a RC51 in action in person to help make my decision.

RC51's are bullet proof.......get one!!!

Then call up Dan Kyle (www.kyleusa.com), get one of these and let the fun begin:

The next time I'm at Barber (in Birmingham) for a track day I'll let you know. take a ride down. Typically there are two or three RC's running, with mine being one of them. I ride NESBA and STT events. No apologies, STT is tops in my book...
Dont cross over to the dark side man stay with HONDA! Its the only brand to have!
