I think it's a bad idea to buy from him

a few days ago he contacted me for VTR Genuine spare parts (chain slider)

unfortunately I naively sent the money to buy the part

To date I have not received any replies about it!!

I think I will never see my money and spare part again

I found a couple that joined this forum but had few to no posts. But when I posted I was looking for a Bursig stand one of them posted that “a friend “ had one and referred to an email address. I found out by checking on the email that this person went by several names and emails on various car forums and other blogs. When someone posted they were looking for a particular part or item they referred to this other persons email. Your guy could be legitimate but this is a common tactic by the scammers. Good luck.
