Is there a huge difference between the HO148 and HO240?

I just picked up a HO148 out of a salvage yard for my SP2 (it came off a SP2, but didn't realize it was a HO148 until later). It needs to be resprung, but other wise looks okay. Just debating if I should sell it and just get a new HO240 or get this one refurbed/resprung at DK.

Bike is mostly going to be used on the track.

According to the Ohlins recommendation list, the HO-148 is for an SP1 and a HO-204 is for the SP2.
However the overall specs are the same (length, stroke, spring, etc).
So yeah, it should work fine.
