Tire Wheel Helmet Vehicle Motorcycle helmet

What's going on guys, so before my RC51 I had an 03 600RR when I purchased fairings for that bike I started to learn on how the fairings were being produced out in China and there's two methods. injected molding and conotessed molding. Compressed molding it's really done by hand I don't know the exact procedure but it's definitely by hand. injected molding they use molded plates to your bike's plastics and inject the melted plastic thus forming the fairing. Unfortunately for our bikes the only do it compression molding method, my 600RR came injector molding same year different types of molding I'm not really sure why our bikes cant be done injected molding nonetheless compression molding sucks. There's no way around it no way to sugarcoat it I don't care which China factory tells you they do it better something I've learned is all these manufacturers that sell fairings for our bike come out of the same factory the same exact factory they may be on opposite side of the factory but they come out of the same factory this is my second pair of fairings for my RC51 03 and you just get what you pay for unfortunately so if anybody is looking into China fairings for our bikes if it's not OEM kind of just got to take it for what it is unless you know a company that's made here in the U.S I just wanted to share some light in case anybody was shopping or interested in aftermarket fairings and wanted to drop my two cents and my experience on it. here's some pictures from pigfest 2022 and some pictures of my bike with aftermarket fairings

Interesting write up.. I notice on these Chinese fairings that the head lights seem to stick out more than the oem ones. Is that something that can be adjusted or is it a design flaw?

It's hard for me to answer that cause I've purchased this bike with already Chinese fairing on it. So i can't compare.. but another thing i forgot to add is that all these Chinese fairings will come with the sp1 v cowl. Even if order sp2 fairings

That's very smart.. i know people who replaced there OEM for the china to preserve there OEM fairings. In case they ever want to sell or just straight up uphold there bikes value . Now i forgot to mention when I purchased my bike it came with China fiberglass fairing which i trued to save cause of all the nicks of debris on it... Now that was a good quality.. not sure why they stop making them in fiberglass
