Roger passed me these pics of his moriwaki hawks from back in the day...slick looking ram air vents..

Also a diagram as to how the HRC crank was different, allowing him to produce what he says is 156 rwhp! They changed the crank every 2 races, NEVER going 3 w/o changing...he says that the stock crank users replaced them EVERY race!

Cool dude for sure.

Yes R. Ditchfield is a really remarkable, easily to talk to individual (All by himself).. I purchased a VTR1000F/Moriwaki engine/ complete-minus (the rest of the bike) :crying:
I contacted Ditchfield in search of information on setting / tuning of Moriwaki carbs...
Also for advice on making a S-Hawk/Firestorm frame more rigid.
Pic(1) displays extensions of the frame (where the footpeg assembly attach) are added on by Ditchfield..........
